Report: Employer Supported Training, 2014

Investment in human capital through training helps firms raise productivity and competitiveness. Employers play a key role in supporting continuous education and training of the workforce.

The Employer Supported Training Report 2022 is based on the Employer Supported Training Survey conducted by the Manpower Research and Statistics Department and contains the key findings of the survey. This report examines the provision of structured training by employers, its incidence across sectors and the impact of structured training on employees and employers alike.
