This survey gathers manpower-related information such as labour turnover, job vacancy, retrenchment, retrenchment benefits and employer-supported training.
The survey covers about 17,500 private sector establishments with at least 25 employees and the public sector. Of these 17,500 establishments surveyed, a sub-sample of 4,000 are selected to participate in the Employer-Supported Training Survey.
Respondents can complete the survey online, or return the completed questionnaires by email, fax or post. Data clarification will be made through phone.
