The Prevalence of Work-Life Harmony Initiatives in Singapore 2022 report is based on the Survey of Employees’ Working Conditions conducted by the Manpower Research and Statistics Department and contains the key findings of the survey. It also examines if FWA supports the mental wellness of workers in Singapore through a regression analysis.
Corrigendum Notice: The “Year” label for the 2011 and 2013 data points have been corrected to 2012 and 2014 respectively. The correction did not result in changes on the analysis.
