Advisory: An individual's wages is determined by various factors, such as one's job scope, responsibilities, working conditions, experience and ability. Labour market forces of demand and supply also influence the wages paid. Given that no workers and jobs are completely alike, the occupational wage data, which is based on aggregates of similar jobs, should only serve as a general guide rather than as a definitive yardstick.
