What is the Automated Data Transfer (ADT) Service?
We understand that it can be tedious for companies to constantly fill out our surveys manually. Considering this, MOM is rolling out a new ADT service to make surveys less onerous for companies. The ADT service streamlines the data collection process for establishment surveys, especially the OED. It uses a SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) connection to link a company’s HR database to MOM’s database, so that relevant data can be directly transferred to MOM for survey purposes.
How does the Automated Data Transfer (ADT) Service work?
Utilising the ADT service is easy and fuss-free! As a company or HR solutions provider, simply apply for the service and complete an initial set-up. After that, the ADT will transfer the data directly to MOM via a SFTP connection. MOM will then verify the data and may contact you if there are any anomalies. If the data checks out, MOM will proceed to complete the survey on the company’s behalf. The ADT will also register any updates the company inputs into their database.
