End Monthly Unemployment Situation – November 2024

For release: 3 January 2025

Unemployment rates remained unchanged in November 2024 (overall: 1.9%; resident: 2.8%; citizen: 2.9%). There were 67,000 unemployed residents¹, of which 59,300 were citizens in November 2024.^2,3

Given the current economic growth and on-going demand for workers, significant increases in unemployment rates are unlikely in the coming months.
