Report: Conditions Of Employment 2022

Provision of work-life programmes remained at encouraging levels, with the share of firms offering work-life programmes similar to previous years. Notably, the proportions of firms which offered flexible working arrangements, family-care related paid leave, and employee support schemes have increased since the previous year. These findings suggest that firms are increasingly recognising the value of supporting employee work-life integration, aligning with national efforts to enhance workplace flexibility and employee well-being.
