Unemployment rates dipped in October 2022 and held steady at around pre-COVID levels.1 In October 2022, unemployment rates were 2.0% at the overall, 2.8% for residents and 3.0% for citizens. There were 67,700 residents2 unemployed in October 2022, of which 60,800 were citizens. 3, 4
